Under the supervision of the Director of Talent & Culture, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing our recruitment process on various experiential programs for our clients on a national level.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the recruitment of new Brand Ambassador & Sales talent across Quebec;
  • Manage job postings for all external positions across internal & external platforms;
  • Conduct and coordinate various interview formats (phone, virtual, in-person, and group) to identify strong candidates;
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from application to hiring;
  • Provide regular updates and collaborate closely with Project Managers to understand and address recruitment needs;
  • Oversee the Brand Ambassador program in Quebec & Eastern Ontario, including:
  • Adhering to and enforcing all recruitment policies and procedures, including documentation, training, scheduling, and evaluation standards for Brand Ambassadors;
  • Actively promote Brand Ambassador opportunities to continue to develop our roster of talent, including creation of captivating social media posts;
  • Serving as a resource for Brand Ambassadors for questions regarding payment, employment, and more;
  • Oversee Brand Ambassador recognition and development, including VIBRANT's MVP Program.
  • Collaborate on implementing new tools and practices to improve recruitment efficiency and staff management;
  • Support company culture initiatives by assisting in the organization of team building and engagement activities;
  • Represent the organization at networking and recruitment events to promote brand presence and attract candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Bilingual in French & English, both spoken and written.
  • Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Marketing or related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in staffing, high volume recruitment or in a similar role.
  • Experience as Brand Ambassador or Team Lead (1-3 years) is an asset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open to supporting business outside of traditional hours, as required.
  • Results-oriented and focused on customer service and solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear information whilst being enthusiastic and persuasive.
