About the role
Are you passionate about developing others? If so, this is an opportunity for you to join the HR Corporate Services Learning and Development team as a Bilingual Learning and Development Coordinator for our new and exciting Global Executive Development program.
As a Bilingual Learning and Development Coordinator, who provides an exemplary learning experience, you will provide administrative support to the HR Corporate Services Learning and Development Team. We are looking for a candidate that can combine their strong can-do attitude, attention to detail and outstanding work ethic to contribute to our team. This is a fitting role for a fast-learner individual, passionate by leadership development who wants to learn about and grow in the organization.
You will have a one of a kind opportunity to develop your business acumen and leadership education portfolio by collaborating to build and deploy this new and impactful development program for our VPs from Canada, US and Europe.
The successful candidate will report to our Manager, Global Executive Development Program (Learning & Development) and can be based at the Montreal, Laval, Quebec, St-Hyacinthe, Toronto and Calgary Intact offices; however, this position will require occasional travel to other offices to provide learning experience support.
What you'll do here:
Provide administrative and logistical support to the project team as well as our executive participants
Support and collaborate with external vendors and internal business partners across all units to ensure learners have a positive learning experience.
Support the planning of all cohorts (cohort composition, event coordination in partnership with our providers, support travel arrangements and logistics, etc.)
Use a proactive, solution-based approach to continuously enhance the learner experience. Collaborate to build metrics to measure program impact and gather participants feedback. Follow progress and emerge relevant trends.
Leverage technical software such as Microsoft Teams and Contact People to run program events and workshops as relevant. Provide comprehensive technical support and training for HR/learning management system (Contact/Workday).
Provide comprehensive on-site, off-site and virtual support for workshops as needed (room bookings and set up, catering, supplies, equipment, etc.)
Ensure learners have timely access to learning materials (prerequisites, post work, course journals, etc.)
Facilitate the translation of content and communications as needed.
Process and monitor training expenses (billing, chargebacks, licenses, accreditations, etc.)
Act as an ambassador for the HR Corporate Services Learning and Development Team while promoting Intact as a Canadian Top Employer
Perform other related coordination and administrative duties as required
What you bring to the table:

Excellent time management and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline and/or prior experience in HR/competency development is considered an asset.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Bilingualism (French / English) is a strong asset - Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
Technical aptitude in learning management systems (Workday)
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient written and verbal communication skills along with a proven ability to build relationships
No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
