Tasks

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, organizing interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Contribute to the onboarding of new employees, including preparing the necessary documents and organizing orientation sessions.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
  • Organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and internal procedures.
  • Participate in organizing company events and team-building activities.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports for management.
  • Manage health and safety files administratively to ensure compliance with regulations and continuous improvement.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field, or professional HR certification.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer tools, including MS Office and HR management systems (e.g., Workday).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in English (an asset).
