Tasks
Oversee the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, organizing interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Contribute to the onboarding of new employees, including preparing the necessary documents and organizing orientation sessions.
Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.
Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and internal procedures.
Participate in organizing company events and team-building activities.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports for management.
Manage health and safety files administratively to ensure compliance with regulations and continuous improvement.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field, or professional HR certification.
2 to 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
Excellent knowledge of computer tools, including MS Office and HR management systems (e.g., Workday).
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fluency in English (an asset).
