Main Responsibilities
In this key role, you will administer employee benefit programs, well-being initiatives and provide general human resources support across our operations in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
Human Resources Administration:
Participate in recruitment: job postings, phone screenings, reference checks.
Draft and send employment contracts.
Maintain and organize employee records.
Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate data processing.
Assist in managing disability and workplace injury cases.
Support various HR projects (compensation, performance evaluations, etc.).
Prepare HR reports, including submissions for Statistics Canada.
Benefits Administration:
Manage employee benefits programs, including group insurance and retirement plans.
Oversee enrollment and invoicing and liaise with benefits providers.
Support employees with questions related to their benefits.
Wellness Promotion:
Develop and implement well-being initiatives to foster a healthy and employee engagement culture.
Write well-being articles for the internal newsletter.
Track and analyze participation in well-being programs.
Required Skills
University degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or equivalent experience.
3 to 5 years of experience in HR, with knowledge of benefits administration and well-being initiatives.
Attention to detail, autonomy, rigour, and discretion.
Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Membership in the CHRP Order (an asset).
