We seek an experienced and innovative advisor in global talent management to join our wellness and engagement team. In this role, you will lead key initiatives designed to enhance the employee experience for both our office and plant employees. Furthermore, you will design new talent management initiatives to foster growth by promoting individuals unique strengths and wellness while strengthening employee ambassadorship. Your contributions will promote a supportive workplace where everyone feels they belong and has the opportunity to thrive!

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • In collaboration with relevant stakeholders, oversee all projects and action plans related to our roadmap of initiatives and activations for the office and plant.
  • Design and implement comprehensive talent management strategies aligned with the organization's global vision and objectives for leaders and employees.
  • Create engaging, informative, and compelling activities and tools tailored to the needs of the targeted population (executives, leaders, professionals,HR community, plant employees, etc.).
  • Recommend impactful initiatives that elevate employee experience by utilizing internal data sources, industry best practices, and benchmarks.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of the overall talent management offer by identifying and activating opportunities for improvement in existing programs, services, learning offerings, and content.
  • Enhancing communication strategies to uplift our programs and service, ensuring clear, motivating, and impactful messaging.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A bachelor's degree in psychology, career counseling, human resources, or a related field. Assets: Graduate studies in organizational psychology/career counseling/organizational development or another related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a global organization.
  • Bilingual (French and English) to facilitate working with international teams and partners.
  • Ease in structuring and simplifying complex problems or concepts, applying them concretely in an action-driven business environment.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and an ability to prioritize tasks when managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong curiosity and self-motivation for learning, delivering quality projects, or taking on new challenges.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and tolerance to ambiguity.
