Recruitment Marketing Advisor
We are looking for a driven Recruitment Marketing Advisor to join our Talent Acquisition team. Your role will be to plan and execute recruiting events, as well as lead our recruitment marketing activities. Unlike traditional marketing, you won't be promoting our products—you'll be promoting the value of working for BRP to help us attract great candidates who fit our culture.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Plan and execute the yearly strategic calendar of internal and external recruitment events to raise awareness of BRP.
Develop a strategy for the Cegep partnership.
Define a KPI strategy to measure the success of events including the conversion rate of our leads.
Build a recruitment marketing strategy, aligned with business needs (Global + sector specific).
Develop recruitment marketing assets and work with agencies.
Ensure the update and modifications required on our BRP Careers webpage.
Participate in defining our Employer Brand strategy and lead its activation.
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A Bachelor's degree in human resources, marketing or related field.
Dynamism and drive, with ability to work independently and demonstrate autonomy.
Organization: Able to manage and prioritize tasks well.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and French.
Attention to detail and creativity in different situations.
The ability to work under pressure.
Marketing, web and / or Employer brand experience an asset.
Must be able to attend events in Montreal and Eastern townships.
Role based in Sherbrooke, with the possibility to be based in Valcourt or Montreal.
