We are looking for a senior talent partner who will support the deployment and sustainment strategies for the talent programs of our manufacturing sites. As part of your role, you'll be responsible to monitor the talent programs impacts and performance to identify improvement opportunities to ensure these programs are fully integrated, adopted, and continuously improved. The ideal candidate will work closely with HRBPs, senior leaders, and with the Talent Center of excellence (CoE).

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Lead the deployment of talent programs across our manufacturing sites, with customized deployment strategies to meet the needs of different regions to ensure relevance and impact.
  • Oversee program logistics, timeline and resources required for successful program implementation.
  • Implement strategies to sustain talent programs post-deployment, ensuring a long-term adoption and effectiveness.
  • Establish governance framework to ensure consistency and effectiveness of talent programs across regions.
  • Work closely with senior leaders and HRBPs to align talent programs with business objectives in line with local legal requirements.
  • Facilitate regular communication with program stakeholders, gathering feedback for program refinement and ongoing success.
  • Monitor program impacts and performance by collaborating closely with the Talent Center of excellence (CoE) to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop engagement plans to ensure ongoing participation and buy-in from employees, HRBPs and leaders.
  • Provide advisory support to HRBPs and leaders on talent-related requests and ensure programs meet business goals.
  • Plan and manage talent deployment budget for all our manufacturing sites.
  • Stay up to date with best practices for deployment and sustainment of talent programs for plant employees.
  • Ensure all talent programs comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and organizational policies.
  • Support global talent initiatives as needed.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business, or related field.
  • Proven experience of 7 or more years in talent management, program implementation, and long-term sustainment strategies.
  • Demonstrated project management ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Capable of driving change initiatives and ensuring successful adoption of new talent practices.
  • Bilingual (French and English) to facilitate working with international partners.
  • Travels to the Valcourt office will be needed.
