Job Description: The Confidential Administrative Assistant is accountable for contributing to the efficient operation of the department by providing secretarial, organizational and administrative support services

Human Resources Exemption: No.

Education: Grade 12 plus graduation from an approved office education training program

Three to five years experience in a senior administrative assistant position

Knowledge and Abilities: Demonstrated knowledge and competency in all aspects of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other programs necessary to support this service area. Excellent communication, listening, interpersonal, public relations, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and to exercise sound judgment in setting priorities. Typing speed of 65-70 wpm
