Reporting to the Administration Services Manager, the Benefits Information Coordinator organizes and prepares for all Board of Trustee and Committee meetings, provides on-site meeting support including recording minutes and manages the flow of communication between the various committees that serve the Employee Benefit Plans. Acting as an ambassador for the organization, the Benefits Information Coordinator provides exceptional customer service in all dealings with our partners and stakeholders.
What we're looking for:
• An undergraduate degree or diploma in a related discipline, plus a minimum of 3 years' experience providing executive level administrative support
• Experience researching, writing, editing, and proofing various written materials with a strong attention to detail
• Experience providing senior level committee support is an asset
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines; flexibility to adapt to changes in organizational priorities
• Demonstrated ability to build internal and external collaborative working relationships and work as part of a team

Additional Information:
The salary range for this position is $61,737 to $80,257 (pay band 3).
