The bigger picture

We're looking for an individual who is passionate about learning and development to come on board as a Learning Specialist. You will play a key role in ensuring teams across the organization develop both the skills and abilities required to deliver on the Conexus purpose.

How you'll be spending your time

  • Facilitating internal training programs (e.g., consumer lending, mortgages, registered investments, account opening, financial advice practices) for consumer retail banking teams through classroom/virtual/online and one-on-one support
  • Researching, designing and developing consumer retail banking training content for e-learning and in-person delivery aimed at ensuring a knowledgeable and competent workforce in products, policies, procedures and systems
  • Evaluating, assessing and maintaining training content
  • Collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure training needs are met

The experience you bring

  • Three years' experience in financial services that includes expertise in consumer and mortgage lending underwriting
  • Facilitation experience
  • Adult education certificate or adult learning experience

Salary Range:

$68,180 - $85,220 with 9% Short Term Incentive Target
