Job Description: The Employment Coordinator is accountable for providing recruitment, selection and placement consultative and support service to the Regional Health Authority. The Employment Coordinator facilitates and supports the internal and external staffing process while adhering to union collective agreements and Human Resources policy and procedure.

Human Resources Exemption: No

Experience

  • Minimum of two years experience in HR involving staffing & recruiting functions

Education

  • Or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • A Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management

  • Intermediate - Problem solving skills
  • Intermediate - Analytical skills
  • Advanced - Verbal communication skills

Knowledge and Abilities

  • High level accuracy/attention to detail required in all aspects of this position
