The opportunity…
This position is responsible for program coordination and course management for clients, department staff and branch staff. This includes related marketing and communications, financial administration and coordination of training events hosted on Yukon government's online learning management system, YG Learn. This position is responsible for providing recommendations and advice to course managers who manage their own training opportunities within YGlearn, troubleshooting technical issues within the system, and facilitating the monthly YGlearn Course Manager Training to Yukon Government employees. In addition, also provides support tasks such as maintaining branch supplies, equipment, and filing.
