The Human Resource Service Representative is responsible for the delivery of high-volume human resource services and pay and leave administration to our clients. This includes departmental HR Business Partners, centres of expertise, departmental supervisors and managers, employees, and the public.

  • Coursework or training in human resources, business administration or related field.
  • Experience delivering a high-level of client service while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, office environment.
  • Experience providing written and oral explanations of business processes and/or situations.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, 365) and /or computerised management systems would be considered an asset.
  • Experience providing human resource services such as staffing, pay and leave would be considered an asset.

Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.

Job requirements:

  • Ability to gain Government Notary Public
  • Ability to work on site within an office environment
